We traveled from Jensen Beach to West Palm today, it was only 37 miles, but it took forever, We had several bridges that needed to be opened for us, they are all on schedules and unfortunately our boat is too slow to always meet those schedules, so we lost time there. Then the amount of boat traffic here is insane, we got rocked so much today from all the passing boats. Once here we searched for a good spot near the town dock, however everything was pretty tight, so we came back near the main anchorage. I am guessing there are hundreds of boats anchored here. The next few days we are waiting for a weather window to cross, heading to West End to check into the Bahamas, then to the Berrie islands for our second stop. Getting closer…

Wednesday your adventure begins, after years of planning, checking and rechecking, your venture begins. A trip few have the means, fortitude or courage to attempt. Remember this, after you start the engine, pull the anchor and unfurl the sails. As the sun brightens your face, look at Barbara and smile. As this is a memory you will cherish forever.
Thank you Dad, from the time we got our first Hobie Cats that we sailed around Barnegat Bay I dreamed of owning a boat that can take us on an adventure like this, I am glad we got those little sailboats and you showing me how to sail them. I cant wait to tell you about the trip,, I will share as many pictures and maybe even get another video sometime.
