Today was our final day in Charleston, we did some laundry, washed the boat, topped off the water tanks and got pumped out. We left the Marina around 11:30. We started back on the ICW at mile marker 469.5, we hit our first bridge at 470.5, where we had to wait a half hour for it to open. Once through, we were in a narrow cut for about 2 miles, luckily the current was with us, I do not think Seahab would have been strong enough with an opposing current at that point. We did have to stop for an hour to wait out a few thunderstorms, but once that was over, we carried on to our next anchorage. We are in New cut creek, a descent size anchorage with nice views. Our plans the next few days, will be to stop in Beaufort, SC, and a few days after that Savannah , GA.
