Day 21- Wrightsville Beach

Today was like a dream come true, I got to go to see a botanical garden. The Airlie Garden in Wilmington to be exact. — Yes that would be in a sarcastic tone… It all started around 8:30 AM when i was forced to go for a Uber ride to this magical place, What is in a Botanical Garden in the Fall you may ask? Well let me answer that, there are trees and some painted fake turtles. But in all seriousness if you are into this sort of thing, it was very nice , the painted turtles were done by local artists and they all were very nicely done, some of the trees were over 400 years old with spanish moss growing on them. The gardens sat on a 65 acre lot with a nice trail around it and a few other sculpture type things to see. It was nice to get off the boat again and get some exercise, we even decided to walk back to the beach where the boat was anchored. We got about a 6 mile walk in, before going for some wraps from a local diner. Tomorrow we continue down the ICW.
