Today was a fast sail from the little creek we stayed in last night, a Cold front was blowing in , so it was very rainy with low visibility, i have never seen such big waves in the Chesapeake, easily 6-8 foot rollers going into the mouth of the Potomac. After rounding the point we had a following sea with 20 knots behind us,. We decided to pull into Reedsville at a dock for the night to get our batteries charged up and relax a bit. no Sun for 4 days now, so the solar is not very helpful. Also had to repair our generator, the cheap pull cord broke on us so we temporarily rigged some rope together to get us by. Today was our first Dolphin encounter too, they were playing off the bow of the boat.
