Day 147- Georgetown to Lee Stocking

We finally left Georgetown after 4 weeks on the mooring ball. It was a great stop, but we were there just a little too long. The weather kept us a little longer. We had a pretty strong storm move through packing over 60 mph winds.

The sail up from Georgetown was good, we had the sails up the whole time and were also able to get some fishing in. We purchased frozen bait while in Georgetown and after a couple hours we had a hit. It may have only been a barracuda, however it was nice to know we can catch something. We got back to the anchorage using Rat Cay Cut, it was fairly uneventful, just very narrow. Once at anchor we helped our buddy boat with some engine issues then came back for some dinner.

We also swam next to nice size Lemon Shark, at least i think that is what it was. We also got out and did some lobster hunting, where we were able to score another one. Although it was smaller that the last it will still feed us. We are working back up the Exumas where we will spend some more time before exploring other parts of the Bahamas.
