Today was a pretty chill day, we hiked the lower side of stocking island and went to the beach for a few hours in the afternoon. We also moved from the anchorage to a mooring ball for some upcoming weather. We will be well protected here. The nice thing about being in an area with a lot of boats is that every morning they have a radio announcement announcing different activities or gatherings. It should be a fun place to stay for a little. I am starting to plan our return soon since we really never had a plan for that. Going home will be much quicker than coming here. We plan on using the ICW a lot less, mainly for weather protection or to stay away from the graveyard of the atlantic, off Cape Hatteras.
I often wondered over the last few years if you would return after being there so long.

We will be returning for sure, this is a great adventure but we do miss a lot of things from back home.
